What better place to ask about procedures than at a Gas Station? There are procedures for pumping gas, paying for gas, getting the key to the rest room, finding a snack or a quart of oil. Everyone is in a hurry, so there is no one to talk to about Procedural Knowledge in Game-Based Learning, but that's OK. You already know there are a few pages on this learning domain in Kapp's text - pages 181-184, Kindle location 4451-4520. So, there must be up to 5 XP for a Pilgrimage titled: "Procedural Knowledge."
